About Hereford Lettings
My name is Ian Collins, I am the proprietor of Hereford Lettings, and my mission is to make private renting more ethical and affordable in Hereford and the surrounding areas. I always believed that certain agency fees that were charged to tenants were excessive or even unfair so I have never charged them. I'm pleased when the Government brought in legislation to prevent it.
I would like to stress to landlords that my ethical values are equally matched by my drive to deliver a professional lettings and property management service to you. With formal qualifications in Building Studies and more than 30 years experience in property management, I can promise you that your property will be well cared for. Over the years I have developed a network of good quality local tradesmen who I know take pride in their workmanship and I trust them to do a good job.
I am also here to help landlords who feel confident enough to manage their own property too. Did you know that the current legislation requires you to comply with more that 100 rules and regulations?

Please note, there may be times when your search does not return any results. This is because I take them down as soon as I receive a holding deposit from a tenant. Please accept my apology for this occurring whilst I am doing my best to find more properties to replace them.
