Accompanied viewings will be arranged at convenient times, including evenings and weekends, and during this I can provide advice and answer any questions you may have.

Reserving the property

Once you have decided on a property, you will need to reserve it by paying a 'reservation deposit', equivalent to one weeks rent. Assuming that the tenancy goes ahead, the reservation deposit will be used towards the 'security deposit'. If the landlord declines to grant you the tenancy, the deposit will be refunded to you in full. However, in the unlikely event that you decide not to proceed with the tenancy, or your reference/credit checks are not satisfactory, this money will be forfeited to cover the cost of re-advertising the property.
